How many of us come in contact with our true selves on a daily basis?
Problems stack up and more often than not we are guided by our personas rather than our intuitive knowledge, of the world and our surroundings.
Recently, I have been going on walks more and more. And the strange thing about early-morning walks is that the walking itself does not even matter.
Rather it’s the process that the walking triggers that can have a profound impact on my thought patterns throughout the day.
How many times are we just too busy to listen to the silent whisper within ourselves blurting out truths nobody has time to hear?
But how do we know these voices are truths?
How do we discern our own guiding intuition from our outside noisy world?
And is not everything internal just as much influenced by the external?
We know because when a true thought presents itself we are simultaneously in awe and in shock, inspired and afraid. Thus, true words only originate from a place of great fear. For in fear’s presence, we hold the greatest opportunity to grow.
Listening means admitting that we already know. And when we are ready, answers will be given.
